leg rests

Leg Rests can be an essential part of achieving a good posture at your desk along with Ergonomic Footstands and Footrests.

The height of your desk and the length of your legs will all make a difference to whether you will need a footrest. For example, if you are of small stature and working at a standard height desk – usually 72cm high. You should sit at a height where you can relax your shoulders when typing and have your feet flat and supported. Ideally your feet will need to be supported on a footrest with a good height variation and legs that do not impede the base of your chair.

There are various factors that are key to getting your posture just right, and part of this is making sure feet are firmly supported on either the floor or a foot support.
